MapleTVPro asks for your email address, device model, request type and any optional question you provide. We use these details to reply to trial, subscription and setup requests. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents through this form.
How requests are handled
Contact Form 7 sends the request to the website’s configured administrator inbox. WordPress and the hosting provider may also process technical data needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. This form is not a payment service and does not activate a subscription automatically.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a request. To ask about information you have previously supplied, including access, correction or deletion, use the request form and identify the email address associated with your request. Do not include sensitive documents.
